Set up Clyffe for your business.
Your first session takes about 15 minutes. Connect your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, then add your team’s computers when you’re ready.
Free for at least 12 months for the first 200 customers. Clyffe is still working through its pricing and will confirm it at least 3 months before any charges apply.

You’ll need your work Google or Microsoft account, plus approval from whoever manages your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Use your work Google or Microsoft account. There’s no new password to remember.

Connect your workspace
Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Review the people and apps Clyffe finds.

Add your computers
Share your setup link with your team. Each person installs Clyffe on their Windows or Mac computer.
Steps 1 and 2 take about 15 minutes. Each computer takes about a minute to set up.
Setup questions
Who needs to approve the workspace connection?
Your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administrator. That might be you, a colleague or your IT provider. If it’s someone else, ask them to help with step 2.
The workspace connection is read-only. It lets Clyffe see your accounts and apps without changing them.
What happens in the first session?
Confirm your business details, connect your workspace and answer a few questions about your business and computers. Clyffe then shows you the people and apps it found.
Check that the results look right and invite anyone else who needs access.
How do I add my team’s computers?
Clyffe creates a setup link for your business. Share it with your team, or use the Devices page to email it to them. Each person opens the link on their work computer and installs Clyffe.
It works on Windows and Mac. The browser extension is installed automatically.
What can Clyffe see on a computer?
Clyffe checks the apps and services used for work, and whether the computer is up to date and protected.
Clyffe does not receive anyone’s files, messages or what they type. It can remind you or stop you when you paste or upload into an AI tool your business has limited, and show a page when a tool is not available. Each person sees this explanation before installing.
What if an IT provider manages our computers?
Your IT provider can deploy Clyffe for everyone using Microsoft Intune or a similar tool.
Ask them to download the install package from Devices → Add devices in Clyffe. It includes your business’s setup file and a README with the Windows and Mac deployment instructions.
They do not need to deploy the browser extension separately.
